• After your guests leave, we wash and sanitize all sheets and towels.  We can either wash on site if washer/dryer is provided or for just a little extra we can provide off-site laundering/sanitizing for all linens and towels.

• We offer weekly cleaning services for your extended stay guests at a reduced rate so that you can ensure that the unit is maintained for the entire visit.

• Along with housekeeping and linen services, we also offer, for just a small fee, to stock and/or replace supplies as needed for your guests such as toilet paper, paper towels, shower liners, towels, bed linen, bathroom mats, area rugs, trash cans, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, air-fresheners, coffee filters, individually-wrapped sponges, dishtowels, lightbulbs, etc.

• We also offer many maintenance services including, but not limited to, replacing AC filters and shower curtains.

• Whether you own 1 or 20 units, we offer competitive rates and unmatched service.

• We can also take care of Supplies Inventory Control especially when you have more than 1 unit.
